The criteria below is a list of standard filters. We can customize the criteria based on your requirements.
- Had Mirena IUD implanted between 2002 to present and for 6mo or longer
- Suffered from one or more of the following
- Headache
- Pain in neck, shoulder or back
- Tinnitus (ringing sound in the ears)
- Dizziness
- Blurred or double vision
- Vision loss
- Nausea or vomiting
- Papilledema
- Psuedotumor Cerebri (PTC)
- Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH)
- Increased Intracranial Pressure (ICP)
- Not represented by an attorney
