- Had Essure birth control implanted
- Current age 20 – 50yrs
- Implanted 2002 to Present
- Suffered one of the following injuries
- Punctures
- Perforation
- Migrations
- Ectopic pregnancy
- Infection requiring surgery
- Infection leading to hospitalization
- Death
- Fetal death
- Hysterectomy
- Expulsion
- Breakage
- Autoimmune response
- Migraines w/ no previous history
- Pain during intercourse
- Allergy to nickel/Hairloss
- Abdominal pain post implant
- Menstrual pain post implant
- Vaginal discharge
- Prolonged menstrual periods post implant
- No legal representation
